Shipwreck Lounge is officially open for the season!  It’s about time.  Enough with this 40-degree cloudiness.  Blah!  It’s funny how Provincetown seasons arrive on schedule every year and they seem to know just when to flip the switch.  My thermometer registered in at 60 degrees yesterday.  Tada!  It’s spring and that much closer to being officially summer! Another Cape Cod summer is on its way.

Now that we are open for the season, we are rebooting all of our great theme nights including Mellow Mondays (the world can never have too many roasted marshmallows), Rewind Wednesdays (cause we just couldn’t bring ourselves to throw away that mixtape from college), and my favorite, Tiki Tuesdays.  Tiki Night was such a hit (and so fun) we had to bring it back. We’ll be parading out all of our cheeky decorations, music, and tasty drinks. So in honor of all things grass skirt and mid-century, we bring you a recipe for one of our classic cocktail offerings: The Painkiller.  I know, it may be a little early in the season for the Pusser’s, pineapple, and coconut.  Wait, what am I saying? It’s never too early for any of those things! Now you can make every night Tiki Night. Enjoy!

4oz Pineapple Juice

1oz Orange juice
